Toxicology Training for Prosecutors
Prosecutors are invited to attend this hands-on training with the breath testing instruments used for evidentiary testing in Idaho. Learn from experts in the field of blood alcohol toxicology. Topics such as uncertainty measurement, the use of the standard operating procedures, blood toxicology, Discovery, Motions to Suppress and defense challenges will be addressed. The training will include a wet lab, where prosecutors will be able to explore common defense challenges to evidentiary breath samples.
