Using Press Releases

Please observe the following guidelines for using the press releases.

1. Use your organization's existing procedures for drafting and submiting press releases to your local newspaper.

2. While you are encouraged to modify the content of the press release to include local reactions from people in your organization, please do not alter the basic facts of the press release.

3. Please include contact information along with your press release.
