Man Charged in Power County For DUI on Tractor Power County deputies arrested a man on suspicion of drunken driving after a citizen reported someone driving erratically on a tractor. Deputies found 54-year-old Blaine Kopp driving a small John Deere tractor down Kopp Road on Sunday. The American Falls was arrested and charged with drunken driving. Sergeant Kris Turner said Kopp's blood alcohol content was reportedly in excess of .20. Police Make Big Pot Bust During Odd Traffic Stop
Ada County Sheriff's Deputies got more than they bargained for when they pulled over a 22-year-old Oregon man and his grandmother.
